China engineering construction cost consulting, grade A approved by Ministry of
Construction, P.R.C., and china government procurement agency, grade A approved by Ministry of
Finance, P.R.C. In our company there are more than 40 staffs with intermediate
and senior professional and technical titles, including National Registration
Cost division, National Registration supervision division, National registered
construction engineer, National registered counselor, and Shanghai registered
